Job Title : Customer Support / Back office - Australian Process
Job Description :
  • Perform data entry, record keeping, and documentation tasks.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of information.
  • Work with internal teams to assist in operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and manage spreadsheets.
Eligiblity :
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .Must be comfortable with data entry, reporting, and Excel features (e.g.formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Attention to detail , Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Should be an immediate joiner
  • Work From Office in the Australian Shift Monday - Friday (3:30 am to 12:30 pm IST)
