The client
The client is a Europe based business operates several golf courses across Europe. They approached to create websites, online reservation systems integrated in to the websites.
The Challenge
The client initially wanted to design using CMS but has no technical abilities to manage them. The client was initially using a 3rd party reservation system which wasn't compatible for new version of software and applications.
The Solution
We had to design the websites and develop a new reservation system to replace the 3rd party system. The client referred a design and we created two templates one using their reference and provided our own unique design. To our surprise the client accepted our design without even making a small change. The design was finalised and we completed the website successfully.
It continued to be a challenge to create the reservation system as it demands whole lot of data verification from various websites to show results. We spent one week to understand the logic and functionality to successfully create the website with reservation system integrated.
The Success
The client was very happy and subsequently we did 17 projects with them. The association still continues and we have become their preferred partner for all of their web designing and web related services. The client has also referred few other businesses and we successfully completed those projects too.
